Loci is built around local processing. The main AI features run on your iPhone, so we do not receive your chat content, voice input, or photos from those local features.
What We Collect
The website does not use ad pixels, third-party trackers, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of request, to operate and secure the site.
The app does not require an account for local AI. App Store purchases and downloads are handled by Apple. If optional diagnostics are offered and you choose to enable them, they should not include your chat content.
Optional Online Features
Optional web search needs an internet connection and only runs when you ask for it. Web search may send the search request needed to retrieve results. The main AI features remain local.
How We Use Information
We use limited operational information to run the website, keep the service secure, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited operational information with service providers that help host the website, distribute the app, process App Store transactions, or provide support.
Retention
Because local AI content is not uploaded to us, we do not retain that content on our servers. Hosting logs and support messages may be kept only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, support, or legal compliance.
Your Choices
You can avoid optional web search if you do not want an online lookup. You can manage app permissions and diagnostics through iOS and App Store settings where available.
Children
Loci is not directed to children under 13.
