Using Loci
These terms apply to Loci and lociapp.com. By using Loci, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Local AI and Web Search
Loci's main AI features run on your iPhone after a one-time model download. Optional web search needs internet access and only runs when you ask for it.
Not Emergency or Professional Advice
Loci is not an emergency service, safety-critical tool, medical device, legal adviser, financial adviser, or replacement for professional judgment. Do not rely on Loci for urgent, dangerous, or high-stakes decisions.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for what you ask Loci, how you use responses, and whether a response is appropriate for your situation. Do not use Loci to violate laws, infringe rights, harm others, or bypass safety or security systems.
App Store
Downloads, purchases, refunds, subscriptions if any, and device-level distribution are handled through Apple and may also be governed by Apple's terms.
Intellectual Property
Loci, the website, brand assets, and related materials are owned by their respective owners. These terms do not give you ownership of Loci's software, design, name, or brand.
Availability
